Hello All,

What an astounding benchmark and talent exhibited in this masterpiece SureAI Team. Thank you very much, enjoying Nehrim tremendously after a long absence from Oblivion, which I happily reinstalled a few weeks ago after 3-year hiatus. This is exactly how an RPG should be built, implemented and executed.

Now to my question. Just started Chapter-2 last night and after exiting Nehrim for the evening, for some odd reason I fired up Wrye Bash. While WB was initializing I received a message that said WB is deactivating the three Nehrim master files. Since that occurred, when I try to start a Nehrim save game I get an error that says "Master Files associated with this save game is not activated.". How do I activate those master files? They are activated in the Nehrim Launcher, nothing from Oblivion is active. I assume there is a setting in WB since the three Nehrim Mater Files are active in the Nehrim Launcher.

Thanks in advance for you help.

Good day,
Galt
Looking like a restart. Just started Chapter-2, so not a big deal.

I think Wrye Bash had overwritten the Nehrim master files or the .ini when I executed WB. How is one to switch back and forth between Oblivion and Nehrim if WB alters the .ini to the point you can't run saved games? Backup the Nehrim .ini?

Back to the mines I go!

Good day,

I recall Wrye Bash was conflicting with Nehrim, and I had to do some trickery to make it work (like copy the Nehrim ESM/ESP into the Oblivion folder or vice versa).
I had to copy the Nehrim ESP files and the ESM file to the Oblivion Data folder then pop the Oblivion disk in the DVD/CD drive and activate the three files via the Oblivion Data screen, located in the opening UI that pops up when you insert the disk. Worked like a charm!

Good day,

Galt
