I've seen pictures of the Bone Coast on the Nehrim wiki, but wherever I try to reach the Bone Coast, I get the message "you cannot go there, turn back." How is it possible to explore so far north?

Try to swim from one of the North Wall, I really don't remember how I get there. If you get the message turn back use console command "tcl" and probably you will get there.

Thanks. I also discovered I could remove the "turn back" blocks in oblivion.ini by setting "bBorderRegionsEnabled" to 0 (two of them).
