Hope not re-post, if it is i apologize, but after install I loaded launcher, and updated, when i click new game it pops up "Are you sure you want to start a new game?" I select yes, and nothing happens.
Any idea whats causing this issue?

I don't know how to solve this but I have exactly the same problem. I however downloaded the game (i bought it once but i lost the disc and when i got a new computer i just downloaded it) and what i do know is that my version is old. It's not the most up to date Oblivion and due to some technical problems i can't update it. You should check your version of Oblivion. You can do this by starting Oblivion and at the main menu in the (i thought it was the) lower left corner you see what version you have. Check if this is the most recent conform with the version that the Elder Scrolls website gives.

Check the datafiles in the launcher Nehrim.esm, NehrimData.esp, NehrimEnglisch.esp have to be activated.

All neccesary files are checked so it can't be that

I'm having the exact same issue. I've patched Nehrim to the newest version (1.1.1.1) and activated all the data files, but when I click "New Game" on the title screen, nothing happens... Pity, I played through the majority of this mod awhile back and wanted to start from scratch again.

Got it working. Make sure you double click each of the data files (i.e., ensure that it is checked). That did the trick for me. I assumed after each click (and the corresponding rise in numbers for... something; hard to tell when it's in German) was enabling the data files, but that was not the case.
