Help: Nexus Halls of Treomar

Gervasius Gave me the combination to open the Nexus Halls in Treomar. The entrance of the Halls is located at the Temple Hill in Treomar...
My problem is: where is the Temple Hill in Treomar? I really can't find it. In the Nexus Tower I cannot find any entrance (the only one is blocked by the rocks and it's not signed on the map), neither in the Temple Ruins (both these two places are inside Treomar).
Anybody can help me?

As a dozen times before:

The Nexus Halls have not been implemented, yet.
They will be added in a patch but there is no ETA.

ZOMG, I just ran ALL THE WAY BACK to Treomar just to find this out, ARG! No teleportation spells for that one.
Holy crap, I love this mod but damn if I dont have my fair share of frustrating moments.
Like quest markers, I mean I don't need my hand held but sometime sheesh, I could use a general direction at least.
Like the glider, the location was named differently than the quest dialog and there was no map marker when I made it my active quest.
Thank goodness I explore everywhere as I has already found the glider and knew where it was or I would have had another frustrating moment to add to my collection.
Overall I have to say this has been awesome, just some fine tuning.
Damn I was thinking yea, I'll run all the way to a place where they experimented with magic and noone has been to for athousand years, heck yea!
Then ...rocks....ugh.

yeah, i've already searched treomar at least 30 minutes when i realized that probably i should check the forum if this quest was finished at all

(btw i hated quest markers in oblivion...)
