Ok some good news, hope it will encourage more people to take a look at Nehrim
I asked on of the admins to put a link to our Wiki on the main Oblivion Wiki page and we are there Right bottom corner : http://oblivion.wikia.com/wiki/Oblivion_Wiki

I was also advised to put the Wikia on this site : http://www.uesp.net/wiki/General:Links#Official_Sites
But frankly speaking, I have no idea in which section. Any ideas?

fan sites seem applicable to me, or rather the most applicable anyway.

Fan site probably, but also in Mod section, maybe contact the admins and inform about Nehrim. but how treat it like a mod, it's a full new game in any sense.

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking for, but I'd definitely be willing to help!

We need someone who is familiar with CS and can retrieve data like prices, statistic about npc's and creatures. There are ready tables that needs to be filed with data from CS. You can take a look to see what is most familiar to you, and we are here for help and answers.

Because now Wikia is up to me and Garnet. And Garnet is the only one who is familiar with CS. I know nothing about it, that is why I mostly focus on places and quests.

Just take a look on Wikia and check what you'd like to take care of. Sometimes, it's really boring, like adding information about people from CS.
A lot of CS information is needed for Creatures, People, Items.

Or... are there console commands to skip quests? So if someone encounters a bug he/she can skip it?

Wow, something simple for first time. Maybe this: http://nehrim.wikia.com/wiki/Ingredients, you can add effects how you see in game because I don't know if the order in CS is like in game, and price and weight. You just click on Edit and see what can bee done. If you are stuck leave a message on my profile, I'm almost always nearby.
