None of the people in the Arcane Sanctum are offering training, in fact there are no conversation options at all. It says up at the top the price for training. I'm already a member of the order and have completed the first quest for the shepherd. Why isn't the training option available? Is this a glitch, or is there something I missed?
Can you afford the training finacially? You don't get training offered if you don't ahve the gold.
