I receive this error: application load error 5:0000065434 whenever I try to start the game. I have installed the mod with the patch update and my Oblivion is a steam version on a 64 bit windows 7, I also followed the installer guide but none of it helped. What should I do ?

i'm having the same problem. clean install via steam, nehrim is installed to C:\Games\Nehrim and fully updated, but i get that exact same steam error. i've cleaned my registry and updated steam and oblivion's game files with no success. and i noticed that ever since i installed nehrim i can't launch oblivion without it crashing here is that error message in case it helps:

still having this problem, i was able to get the game to launch once, but not since.

Hi.

Have seen this error a few times, while checking for someone else. It seemed to apply to quite a few games and was a steam problem not game related.
Hope you get it sorted.
