I have Oblivion in Italian installed.
Is it possible to install Nehrim (English version) or shall I first install Oblivion in English ?

A last doubt: does installation of Shivering Islands and Knights of the Nine and official and unofficial patches make any difference ?
Shall I install expansions and patches before installing Nehrim ?
