Maybe you mean something that looks like Moria in the Underworld? But I honestly can't recall Khazad

well where's this Moria looking place then?
if it's the place before i meet the dwarfes in the main quest?

There is a chamber that looks like Balin's Tomb in the Mines of Moria.
And yes, it's before you meet the dwarves during the quest In the Underworld.
