Nehrim Map Modification

what i would like to know is with the map viewer (full screen and zoom functions), how is this done?
I would like to use it with Vanilla Oblivion and other mods similar in stature to Nehrim. (those that add large landmasses)
is it or will it be available as a separate mod?
