There are two bodies under eastern tower of the bridge of Erothin. They were a guard and a trader named Laithin. And there was a note(ErothinBrueckenTorhausNotiz.txt). Is this related to some quest? Who wrote this note? Is there any progress by having read this note? Honestly, I can't figure out what the note is trying to say.
