So my windows 7 is telling me i don't have permission to DL this. I know this is a problem with other things too, anyone know how to help me? I messed around with it but I couldn't figure it out.

perhaps you configured Internet Explorer not to download .exe-files?
If so, try setting Internet Security Settings back to standard, or better, use another browser.

Another approach would be either to turn off UAC or log in as administrator, but I don' t know if that helps.

Hi.

If its ie browser, security settings could be to high. "it will block the running of DLed executables. Goto IE->Tools->InternetOptions->Security and tick it up a notch from maximum if it's set that way".

Do you not have permissiont o use the file you download, or do you really not have the permission to DL the file at all like you said? If so, try to use another page or torrent to download the Installer.
Are you downloading the file to a location you are allowed to access with your current user account?
Where did you try to download the file?
Which browser/download manager are you using?

I got it figured out, thankyou. Now I have another problem... When I click "New Game" nothing happens...

Yes I've posted on that thread and the fix isn't working for me. I checked the two proper boxes in the Nehrim Launcher, but don't see anything about Oblivion or anything to check in the Oblivion Launcher....
