So I played for about 4 hours yesterday, saved and quit/had crashes several times while I was playing so I know my game was getting saved. Then last night I moved some partitions around and today the save files are totally gone.
From what the readme says they should be in Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves, but there isn't a thing in there except for my older Oblivion saves, even the auto save and quick save are old. I did a search through my whole computer for .ess files and nothing came up except for the the previously mentioned. Is there something I did to make Nehrim erase them? I don't want to spend more time playing and have my saves vanish again.

There is not just one "My Documents" folder, there are many - as many as you have accounts on your computer, including the admin account. Check them all.
