Can't kill Sarantha, her deatblow kills me everytime....

I had a huge advantage with my invisibility spell and my sneak skill at over 100. I would cast invisibility whenever she found me, move elsewhere, then sneak attack her with my bow from behind. If you aren't playing as a rogue, I'm not sure what to suggest.

If you don't mind cheating, you could always use the console command "kill." Just select Sarantha and type it in.

Got it, she is dead.

The schockwave was not enough to kill me, it would throw me away right into the spike boards. And that killed me. So every time she started casting the spell i would made sure that my back was secure against one of the walls inside the arena. After the schockwave i would drink a potion and started blasting her with fire balls.

Those things were very irritating. I had to reload several times when I was thrown into them.
