Hey great mod guys, just one thing during my quest to reach the town of warrock? sp Kim is no help what so ever she just stand there and get hit, does not fight back or anything, i guess this might be a bug?
It isn't a bug. Kim will be more help later on. At least that is the way it was for me.

This is a bug, and probably it's a bug in the engine, so we can't do much about it. Save your game, quit and start again and it should work.
I had this same problem. When I quit the game and started playing again the next day he did start helping.
