So I downloaded the English Version found here (http://www.nehrim.de/dataEV.html), but still managed to get an all German text game.
The subtitles in the opening cinematic worked fine. It wans't until I got to gameplay/tutorial/back story stuff that I realized that all the text would be in German.
Is there a way to fix this? Or did I really download the wrong one somehow.

Fixed my own issue. Accidentally missed one of the files I was supposed to check off.
