The game runs fine for me, only I can see the activation icon (large yellow box with a dark gray exclamation point "!") around anything that can be picked up, used, or talked to! This is really obnoxious and I was wondering if anyone else ran into this issue and if they knew how to fix it. I've adjusted video settings in my game, both high and low, I have the latest updates of both Nehrim (english) and Oblivion, and otherwise the game runs fine (though the characters dialogue continues on without me clicking the mouse).
It means your missing Meshes/the game cant find the meshes, I would advise reinstalling and following the install guide to the letter tbh.
