I think something is bugged in my game.
I finally got through the dark forest to the Treomar library, and my quest says Callisto told me to find a book inside of the library. I'm inside the library now - I walked down and killed the acolyte, then infront of me is a giant circle pit, and around it, a bunch of activation crystals. I picked them all up, but nothing happened (I assume something is supposed to since the quest marker is ontop of the first crystal you get to).
Now, I walked down the stairs and through the different book rooms, and at the very bottom I found an iron gate and three strange systems - one is broken and the other two have switches. I pressed the two switchs and the top rose up, but the iron gate is still closed so I can't figure out where to go from here..

After pushing the buttons, make an action on the glowing things (above the buttons) as well. They will turn, and it is self evident from that point...
