Ok, another thing that i can't figure out. I need to enter Erothin Palace (main quest), directions says about fire door. I can't find it, of course i can't pass through main door. How to enter the palace? 
There is no fire door (that I could find). basically, you have to jump from a roof to another, walk on wooden boards and stuff. At a moment, a guard sees you and tries to sound the alarm but falls down and dies (was probably drunk). If you see that sequence happening, you are on the right path.

if you stand in front of the main gate of the palace, you should take a look to the left side. there is a ladder, climb up and follow your instinct 
You mean a ladder marked with an arrow on this screenshot? If yes, i cannot pass the guards, i tried sneaking, invisibility, sneaking with invisibility...
With some skillful jumps i made it, climb the ladders and found... a door that can't be opened without a key... Of course i don't have the key.
Ok, i figuret it out. Forgot about the crystal...
