Full disclosure: It's mostly my fault, since I'm the player who explores everything before doing much of the quest material, so I found ways into a number of places that I probably wasn't supposed to yet. Anyway, I'm in Braeton's chamber with Kimmie, Naranthazool or whatever, and Callisto. I'm supposed to talk to Callisto to begin the next quest, but when I talk to him, I'm locked into giving him the Report, hearing him talk about how we can now find and release Nara (who is sitting right next to him). The dialog ends and I am frozen in place, probably for another scripted interaction. I need a console command (setstage?) to complete that quest so Callisto will be up to speed.
