I think I've found 3 pairs of shoes for the lady, can't remember. The first pair are in the quarters at the arkane sanctum.

theres at least 3 pairs i can't remember if i'm on pair 3 or 4, theres a pair in cahbaet when you first enter there its in the room to the left of the one you enter.
