Hey,

So I am up to the stage where I have navigated the halls and I am in the Daromith Mine. I have gone around and The Conductor has told me to get on the train, but the door is locked (key required) and if i sit on the chair in the driver's area nothing happens. Help please?

You should have waited for the door to open - the conductor holds his speech first, then a quest update comes and THEN it opens. If you unlock it earlier the quest breaks.

Ah ha. Thanks for the fast reply. I'll reload an earlier save and wait for his speech to occur. How long does it usually take?

His speech hasn't happened for about 5 minutes, is there something wrong?

Looks like you have been to Anku earlier, so that getstage MQ12 is now at 45 while it should be at 16.
Write "coc cahbaetburgpart02" into the console. You are now in the Cahbaet palace. Player controls are disabled until Dratis talks to you (this might take a few minutes since he is some distance away).

Ah thanks, I may have changed something with the console using the setstage console command in case I missed something a while back and forgotten. Many thanks for the help, you are a legend
