The English patch will be released tomorrow or so. Currently it goes through the proofreading process. So you don't need to download the German patch.

The announcement for the German version contains a changelog.

The highlights are the opening of the Arena in Ostian, new Wanted missions and a new Launcher version that can display a list of Nehrim mods.
I suppose that the English version will also fix the remaining differences between the German and English versions that were missed in 1.0.7.5 (because differences make maintenance much more complex than it already is) and add more translations.

Any word if this patch will fix the map cursor problem? The local area map is fine, but the world map has the cursor always a bit to the left I believe. It's not a huge deal, but still a bit irritating. Either way, this game is awesome, and I can't wait to see more additions
