Ok, so I've been playing Nehrim for a week on my brothers computer, since my computer was broken and it was being fixed. Now it works, but I had to install windows again. Then I, of course isntalled Oblivion, 'causeI wanted to get back to Nehrim as soon as possible 
I get my savegames from my brothers computer. But then there's a problem. I have only oblivion, no GoTY version or SI so I have to download the patch 1.2.0416 but it doesn't work. When i try to patch my game, it just says "Old File not found. However, file of the same name found. No update done, since file content don't match." I wonder what is going wrong. I know there's just some luttle thing I'm doing wrong, but I don't know what.

Maybe you have downloaded the patch for the wrong edition (you know, European Oblivion is not NorthAmerican Oblivion, and maybe even GoTY differs from vanilla). Maybe you have a modified oblivion.exe from a crack or a compatibility patch.
Thanks, that was the problem, I tried to patch my European version of game with the North American patch
