I think you just need to wait an hour. Then the gate should open (if it's 8 am - 8 pm).

Hey, I can't even enter the city. The gates are closed even though they're suppose to open from 8am-8pm. Do I need to do something to open them?

If they do not open, might be a bug in the game, try an earlier save game or open command prompt and type " tcl " no quotes, fly over gates. Remember to reopen prompt and type "tcl" again to turn collision back on.

Do not have my save games from then, but if I remeber right, if you have found Palace (guards outside tell you to go away), directly opposite Palace down a short pathway is his house.

I waited for Reman at the graveyard... he came to me, turned around and walked away... since then i haven't seen him there... what should i do?

Look in spell book. You were given a spell to use at the point he goes to grave.

i know that... but i forgot to use it when i saw him the first time and as i said - i haven't seen him since then.

Do not know what to say apart from, do you have a save game from a little earlier? or Wait till same time next day.
Do not wait for him to finish at grave, zap with spell as he is facing it, then click him and take key.

Hi everyone,
I did not have problems with finding the graveyard or the house but I have no clue how to catch the thief. I think I tried everything except casting "Haste" (because I don't have the spell). I even tried to kill the guy inside that house but he just gets unconscious for a few sec. What am I doing wrong?
