After fighting off the bandits in robbers' nest Handor gives me a quest to kill Theophil. Problem is I have already done that, but somehow it is not acknowledged, the quest is still active and Theophil is just waiting outside the camp.
Any clues to what I can do?

That is a know bug from the german version. There it is improved, but maybe the english version is not as far as the german.
You must use a older savegame.

i had similar problem. I reloaded to beggining of attack and it worked.

Yeah, this is an old bug that has already been fixed in the German version but resurfaced in the English one. Will be fixed next time. As for now, you should open the locked hut in the bandits' site with an "unlock" command.
