OK, so I'm trying the quest to help the farmer and his sick sheep. I've talked to the woman in the cave about the poison but after about 30 minutes of searching the farmer's barn, I can't find any poison. I've looked in every container and picked the lock to the chest in the loft, but found nothing.

What am I missing?

Ok, here is the answer, and my first attempt at using the spoiler tool in a post...

Once in the barn, jump to the loft area and head to the back. There is a container there with the poison.

I think there is a ladder in the barn as well, which you can climb to the top with.
