Most likely: remove Oblivion.esm from the Load Order.
Correct Load Order is:
Nehrim.esm
NehrimData.esp
NehrimEnglish.esp
Correct Load Order is:
Nehrim.esm
NehrimData.esp
NehrimEnglish.esp
no no no... oblivion esm has to be activated too, as far as i know... just needs to sit at the top i believe.. thats how it is in my working game however.
Most likley however, you just have problems since you're not playing this off a fresh install.
remove old oblivion save games, then uncheck all oblivion mods from the data file manager so that only the oblivion esm and the nehrim files are checked. this should fix your problem.

The correct load order is the one Chasm wrote.

Also, i did not install it into the oblivion directory... no idea why you would think that, i did a fresh oblivion instalation, then installed nehrim to its own seperate folder. but my old oblivion mods and saves persisted since i had onlivion installed on a removable drive, i removed them though, which made my game work.
I've the same problem, actually. However, I'm not all that sure how to solve it. o_o Rather, i don't knopw where to edit the things you all are talking about. Direct me?

Have you read the read_me?
Because it can depend on the type of Oblivion you have installed, steam etc and the OS. If you have a straight forward Oblivion installation, then just make sure Nehrim is installed to its own folder and if you are using Windows Vista or 7 it cannot go into the program folders ie when installing and it asks location change it to something like C:\Sureai.
When installed and launches, in Data Files just make sure the only three boxes ticked are next to
Nehrim.esm
NehrimData.esp
NehrimEnglish.esp
I feel like a bit of idiot. =P One, i instilled it in the program files, so i fizxed that and then what I was doing before was just launching it and not using the actual launcher. Haha
