Hey all. Just a simple noob question. How do I drop items from my inventory? I've played Oblivion, but on the 360, so that's no help.

I actually bought Oblivion again from Steam just so I could play this.

Yeah this was poorly explained in the original oblivion tutorial too... just hold shift and click on the item you wish to drop.
