i get the notification to lvl up, i open my interface, and press the book that say to lvl up, butnothing happend

Sometimes it takes a few seconds to happen. Once you press the book at level up (has red triangle to show it is ready to level up) another notification pops up and you press "level up achieved" at the top of that notification.

i found the problem. I have russian.est on, because i use russina language that is the problem when i turn is off i get the lvl up.
