Check the md5 sum of the installer, it should be 2395ef942f7bc67be794f267604c3809.

The installer uncompresses all the data before it "starts" this will take a while. Times up to 30 minutes has been reported, especially if antivirus software is looking at the contents of the installer.

Hello all,

I just downloaded Nehrim and I have tried installing it. Unfortunately every time I start up the setup.exe it flashes really quickly and then disappears. When I look at my task manager it shows the setup/install process still running, but nothing is happening GUI-wise. I was wondering if I am doing something incorrectly. I have had it finally start up and show progress after about ten minutes of waiting from the time I double-click the setup.exe icon, but then it gets to 9/10 of the way done and cuts out. Now I am trying to get it to start up again and nothing is happening. Any thoughts?

I had this issue as well, I closed down all non-essential programs and ran the installer as Administrator, worked fine.

My game keeps crashing to desktop after I have talked to and sold stuff to the merchant when you leave the mine entrance, anyone know what I can do about it?
