I'm currently lvl 4, is there anyplace where I can store items?

When you reach the first village (Giliad) there is a "safe chest" where you can put your items into.
The items will appear in every "safe chest" around Nehrim (they are usually in every town or larger village).

Later you can by a house and in the mainquest you will get a castle as a reward.
Or you can store them in the "sure chest"(I don't know the english name).

Same as I said: And I'm also not sure if the chest is named "sure" or "safe" chest.

I think save is better...
It sounds more like good english.

However, the chests exists
Simply search for a town/village where you can find a teleport. I think they all have one. And Giliad is the next village to you I think.

First safe chest is at Tirin Abbey outside the pub/inn.
