Whenever I try to launch the English version of Nehrim, I get this problem:

Run the .Net Framework 2.0 installer NetFramework2.0.exe we put in your Nehrim directory.

I tried that and it said that it couldn't finish installing it because it conflicts with an already installed version.

EDIT: I notice in the TES CS that a lot of the textures and models are missing. Why is this?

I think I might haved it installed wrong. I don't understand the install instruction for the steam version. Help please?
