Hey, I'm having issues leaving an area as it just goes black with music playing.
I tried reinstalling the game but it's not fixed

a little more information would be helpful^

Repair installations will probably be less effective, as other options are more likely,
they are more of a last resort and are less effective if defective file remnants remain in the folder.

It often helps to reload a slightly older save (it is always important to have many different fixed savegames)
Do you perhaps have for testing an older savegame that you can upload here together with your current save?
(we always need same-named ess and skse file, put both in a ZIP archive and attach it here as a file attachment)

Have you installed any extra mods?
Which Enderal-version or from which source is your Enderal, Steam or GOG?
If you are using the older version for classic Skyrim (LE), you could try the extra options in the Enderal launcher,
i.e. OSAllocators; OneTweak; ENBoost on or off.

for the steam-Version:
Or delete the Enderal.ini and EnderalPrefs.ini from the folder: C:\Users\Stefanie\Documents\my games\Enderal
(or for Enderal-SE: C:\Users\ ... \Documents\my games\Enderal Special Edition ), this may reset defective settings.
