Hi,
I was trying to find a solution but could not. My cooldown for any of my talents with meditation included has an infinity timer. When i click "z" key nothing happens. There is only a sound that it is charging without any progress in loading bar (the one on compass).
There is very few information with this bug. I saw some topic but without a solution.
Please help. If there is any solution let me know.

I don't know such an error, do you have any mods installed? try it without them,
mods (or even some cheats at the wrong time) can possibly damage the savegame permanently,
then only loading an older savegame is possible, this is one of the reasons why many different fixed / manual saves are very important!

of course you can also upload a savegame here, these are always 2 files with the same name, one ess and one skse file
(since SKSE is not supported here, put both files in a ZIP archive and with file attachment / full editor)
you can find them under C:\Users\Username\Documents\my games\Enderal\Saves (for Enderal-LE)
or C:\Users\Username\Documents\my games\Enderal Special Edition\Saves (for Enderal-SE)

I don't have any mods except for SkyUI. I'll try to check an earlier save. Please check my save and if you know tell me whats wrong. I want to avoid this in the future.

we tried fixing the save but didn't have any luck either
the only thing we can suggest is reloading an earlier save
(otherwise future talents will have the same bug occuring)

[+] some more info regarding tgm cheat

you might find advise to use godmode (tgm) and this "works", you can use your talents with this but it can break your game.
- if you happen to level up while godmode is active you cannot reduce your arcane fever anymore, even with cheats
- it can also break quests - do not use it for gameplay.

i tried to switch godmode on and off with using talents inbetween to get this cooldown unstuck and it didn't work.
