I was thinking of playing through Oblivion again, and I wondered if there is any benefit to starting it up through the Nehrim launcher? For example, do you get any fixes/enhancements/etc. that are included in Nehrim? I'm not using any mods. Thanks

no, that wouldn't make any difference.
all used mods should be listed in the credits.txt in [...\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion\Data] (if Nehrim is active, otherwise the ...\Nehrim\Data folder).
a lot of them were edited to work with Nehrim, so don't know how that would work with Oblivion in general.
