I found the "Black Myrad" on the powder desert and i kill it, so, what's the interest ? a quest maybe ?

If you mean the one on top of the mountain in the powder desert?
then that's just a regular enemy, not a quest opponent.
You can't destroy a quest by normal explorations.

there is another one, but he only appears with the right quest.
