After completing "Part of Something Momentous, Part IV" I only received two of the three quests in "Black Light, Part I".

I didn't realize until i couldn't progress any further.

that's a known bug, we don't know what causes it

you can start the quest by opening the console and entering (and comfirming)

Hey, do you have a save from before reading Lexil's notes regarding the black stones?

Вошел в замок с калией , подошел к двери, должно появится видение и восстать мертвецы чтоб возле стены найти ключ НО видения нет и мертвые не встают!! И что дальше делать непонятно! Может кто сталкивался? Квест Ангел

Please do not write here in Russian, but in English or German,as you were told yet in your first post.

If you entered the code correctly, then you probably have another reason for the error.
Please upload your Savegame here. they're found in: ...\Documents\My Games\Enderal
we'll need the *.ess and the *.skse file; pack both to a zip/rar/whatever archive, the forum doesn't accept *.skse.

If you have installed any mods, please deactivate or better uninstall them and test it again. (we always test without mods)

If the error is only in the russian version, then please contact the russian forum.

This seems to be my last save before reading the notes.

If I just load the save and wait until Lexil is ready, he gives the book to me, I ran read it and it triggers all three quests properly.

Sorry, it has been a while since this save game, I'm not sure what else I did.

I've also had a couple of issues in the star people city.

1. When the lady was about to read the tablet she didn't, I'm guessing because I ran straight past it.
2. The dead end where the chain is supposed to open the secret passage, the passage didn't open.

In both cases reloading fixed the issues.
