I see the enderal main menu and the options with continue selected but i cannot interact with it using keyboard mouse or controller...

deleting my save games changed the menu to new game but still cannot interact.

I have separated it because you obviously have a different problem.
Restart your PC and Enderal again.
Does hat help?

Otherwise:
check your game by Steam.

You can also delete both ini files. The Launcher will create new ones.
