Hey,

i have a Question regarding the Letter from Dijaam.
I gave all the ingredients to the leader of the Golden Sickle. One day after there should be a delivery man who give me a letter from Dijaam, but this man does not appear even after a few days.

Is this a known bug? How can i solve this?

This is a known bug that will be fixed in the next patch.
Until then here in the bugtracker a walktrough of stuemper.

You can also teleport the courier to yourself with console commands:
