After opening the launcher via Steam and starting the game that way, I can play for around 5-20 minutes before a couple seconds of FPS drop. Immediately after that, the game crashes. Feel free to respond with any questions that might help y'all help me solve this problem.

hi, welcome to the forum

there are some thing you can try:

- disable ENBoost and/or OneTweak (or enable them)
- make sure that no additional mods are installed or activated.
- check the integrity of game files
- try restarting Steam and/or your PC.
- change settings in the Enderal Launcher, make sure the CPU and RAM usage are maxed out in the optimization tab.
- try redownloading the game

So I disabled ENBoost and OneTweak, no additional mods are installed or activated, the integrity of the game files is up to snuff, and my CPU and RAM usage is maxed out. This time my game crashed right after I tried teleporting to Riverville after Jespar gave me the scroll.

I tried to attach the skse files but the site said they have an invalid extenstion. I'll try again.

The easiest way is to put the SKSE in an archive, eg. as a zip file and then as an attachment attached to the post

Maybe also helps a Launcher.log, which can be found at:
... \ Enderal \ EnderalLauncher \ System \ Log

What kind of hardware do you have (details and OS) ? Do you have a touchscreen connected or a controller?
