After reeinstalling enderal to fix a different issue caused by mods I noticed that the first person arms seem to be fixed in place and no longer move with the view angle of the character.
Any idea what could cause this? it makes aiming a bow rather difficult.

Seems that transforming into a werewolf and back fixed the problem. Still not entirely sure what caused it though
