Hi!
Right after Ketaron Dal'Geyss dismisses me and asks his bodyguard to escort me out the game just locks up.
Always exactly at the same time, when the bodyguard would speak.
Any ideas?

You've changed the race of your character to a race that isn't in the game, that's why the game locks up. Nothing that we can fix here. Change the race via the console command "showracemenu" and the scene should play out properly. Make sure to report back if that works.

- the skse file might be useful; the forum doesn't like it, you'll need to pack it to a zip or rar archive or something
- your save seems to be at a different stage than your description suggests
with the one you provided I'm locked in a completely different way -
doors I expect to open are disabled, which might be both the result of the missing skse or your mods
- the game locking up might be the result of your inventory (cheater
).
overly full inventories (several thousand arrows, hundreds of thousands of coins and such) cause issues at several parts of the game,
not sure if that's one of them
