actually i sovled the problem with just turning the Distant Land in the Video Options on and then off and turning anti-aliasing off
OK, copy and paste the Textures folder from Nehrim\Data to your desktop. Now copy and paste the Textures folder from Oblivion\Data to Nehrim\Data. Don't be afraid to overwrite the files. OK so somehow the distant blur effect on the Distant LOD you have in Nehrim has disappeared, and it looks the same as in oblivion. I don't know what possibly could have made that happen.
