It seems that there isn't any in Enderal from what I've heard but I love randomly having a dog following me so I'm wondering if maybe there is any dogs to follow you (other than the one you summon) or if they need to be modded in. All I've been seeing is some human followers. Are they any good?
I can happen that a dialogue topic bugs out because of "hellos" of the NPCs, but this should not happen constantly.

I've been having the same issue, not for anything specific, but constantly having this and am unsure what I can do about it. It happens when there's 1 or 2 options for me. I can press E, enter, or left click and it just doesn't work. I remember sometimes eventually making it work but I forgot how.
