Thanks to everyone who gave me suggestions on how to fix this issue. There was a patch that came out that did change the "Level Up!" text a bit. Now less of each letter shows. I figured out the cause was me running the game above 1920 x 1080 resolution. I will try to push H next time I'm on the game ...
