Seems like I forgot to actually update Enderal AND I did try to launch Skyrim from Steam I will update the Enderal now and try to launch it from the Enderal launcher.

So I had to wipe my old Skyrim saves and files because of the old mods to get a "clean save" of Skyrim to not interfere with the Enderal mod itself.
