I once searched for the error code "failed to start with the following error: =0xC0000022" on Google. This seems to be caused by a Windows Update. Also with HP laptops. Whether the solution for Enderal is I do not know.
Since I am overstrained at the moment ...

Wait a sec you do know that its not wanting to detect the updates right? its not detecting them at all it wont let me download them at all.
I'm a tiny bit confused now.
a) can you download and install the patches, and the game just doesn't recognize them (that's what I understood the whole time) or
b) can you not even download them?

to what Kermit found (it's about you having no rights about your stuff  )
no idea if that's the cause (could very well be), but there are two ways to change it:
[+] 1 - uninstall update
Method 1: Uninstall updates from Settings.

Go to Settings.
Choose Update & Security.
Select Windows Update.
Click the View installed update history link.
Click Uninstall updates.
Select the update that you want to uninstall.
Click Uninstall.
Click Yes.
If asked by the User Account Control (UAC), hit Yes.
If prompted to restart, click Restart Now.

Method 2: Uninstall updates from the Control Panel.

Type Control Panel in Search.
Choose Programs.
Under Programs and Features, select View installed updates.
Select the update that you want to uninstall.
Click Uninstall.
Click Yes.
If asked by the User Account Control (UAC), hit Yes.
If prompted to restart, click Restart Now.

[+] 2 - do some funny stuff with cmd
pictured here
(not the same text, but hopefully the same message)

1.) Open an Admin command prompt (run as admin) and run the following commands to be granted the necessary file privileges:

Takeown /f c:\windows\inf

icacls c:\windows\inf /grant "NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE":"(OI)(CI)(F)"

icacls c:\windows\inf\netcfgx.0.etl /grant "NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE":F

icacls c:\windows\inf\netcfgx.1.etl /grant "NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE":F

2.) After running the above commands, reset the owner of c:\windows\inf back to the "NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller" account via:

a.) Start Explorer

b.) navigate to c:\windows,

c.) right-click on the c:\windows\INF directory

d.) choose Properties

e.) On the Security tab, click Advanced

f.) Next to Owner, click Change

g.) Click Location and select the local computer. (If necessary, scroll up to locate it on the domain.)

h.) In the Object name, enter "NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller" and select Check Names.

i.) Click OK.
I just felt it necessary to mention my ob system is windows 10 and i formatted my laptop less then five days ago. can't remember the right day. but just trying to say this because i have no windows updates on this computer atm.
well then Windows is on he latest update, isn't it?
(maybe not? don't know :?: )
Guys, this thread is a mess. We need to clarify some missunderstandings.
Install all possible Windows Updates, it needs to be on the most recent version.

.bsa files are not masterfiles.
.esm files are masterfiles.

You just copied the original Skyrim.esm into your Enderal directory, which obviously doesn't work.

Please attach the most recent launcher.log in your next reply. There is an "Attachment" option right below the field in which you can type a reply. Please take a screenshot of the launcher, when you clicked on the update button. Thanks.

Okay, the launcher does not detect the update files on our patch server for whatever reason.
We can try out a few different things:
1. What kind of anti virus program / windows defender / windows fireall do you use? Have you whitelisted the launcher in said programs? It seems like your PC is blocking the php code from being used properly on the server.
2. Toggle "Online mode" off and on again in the update window of the launcher, this will reset the domain the launcher conects to. All domains should be working fine, we just checked them.
3. Again the question about your windows system? Are all possible updates installed properly?
