I'm having this issue as well. For some reason I'm only getting 40-60 fps. I tired using this enb for enderal on the nexus and my fps went up to 120. When I try to enable vsync in the enb local it goes back to 40-60.
Everything is on max settings.
I'm running on i5 6600k @ 4.6 Ghz, GTX 1070, 16GB RAM, WIN 10.

What ENB did you use to increase the FPS?
Please keep aware of issues that could happen with high FPS. The Engine can't control the physics anymore (water flickering, floating objects, sound bugs etc.) if you have high FPS! Keep it limited at 60 or 100 if you use a 144hz monitor.

Problem is I only have a 60hz monitor so I would like to cap it to 60 but I am unable to.

Works fine, edit the cfg and set it to 60
I've got a 144hz monitor and your saying physics doesnt go out of control until 100?

But if you want to play it safe you should limit it to 60, yes.
First off let me say, been following this for a while and SUPER happy and excited to play it!
However I seem to be having some issues, my FPS is between 15-40 at all times and jumps around quite a bit. I know I can run it on at least high (Probably can on Ultra too but not too sure). Any ideas?
Specs I7-4720HQ, 16Gigs of ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 950m (2GB).
Thanks for the help!

Enderal is great so far, only issue I'm having is my FPS that really badly drops when looking in certain directions. GTX 1070 i5 4460

I recommend having a look at the settings (Enderal launcher application): Here you can adjust how many cores of the CPU are used, the amount of RAM etc. It may help, though it also may have impact on stability.
