I found myself running around the southrealm crater trying to lvl my sword skill form 99 to 100, when I checked my skill status page, I noticed my marksman skill & a few others were over 100. I mean their base skill lvl was over 100. Marksman was at 104, and over half-way up to 105. was this intended in nehrim? Or is that some odd bug running on my end? If it’s a bug should I be worried? And I’m running the basic nehrim, no additional plug-ins. Just in case you’re wondering.

It might be some kind of magical effekt. While most effects add to the green increased number, a few ones add directly to the blue base value.
Effectivly that means, you basic marksman skill still under 100, but got inscreased to 104, and trains as slow as if it were 104. But its does not add any extra damage, cause the skill has no further effect being increased over 100.

Well, there's got to be something. Check out the magical effekts tab, there must be something listed there. Otherwise it's impossible, the engine won't let you train any skill anymore that's above 100.

this is every stat bonus that shows up in my magic tab.
Fortify willpower 1, fortify intelligence 5, luck 5, strength 5, endurance 5, life energy 30, magicka 73, illusion 3, destruction 4, mysticism 5, conjuration 5, resist frost 3, restore endurance 3, restore magicka 3.
i'm using a lot of magic stat buffing items, as you can see. but i can't find anything buffing my marksman skill.

Darkblade hat geschrieben:Strange, there must be something...is anyone else having this bug? a thought just struck me. in nehrim, you have to use your skills more to increase your skill level, right? would that happen be maybe 5 times as much as in oblivion? so, maybe for some reason... because i had to use my skills more often to level them up, that last skill level (99-100) gave me 5 skill levels instead of 1, because in basic oblivion the amount of use that went into that last point was equivalent to 5. that's a long shot though. and it still doesn't explain why it's still increasing. i don't know, but that's all i got.
Maybe it is a bug.
